The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual who is keen to expand their Human Resources experience and skills, whilst contributing to ongoing change in a busy and developing Department.  \n\n\nThis post involves the provision of HR advice and guidance on policy, process and procedures to candidates, Heads of Department and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist the Senior HR Manager in the development and management of effective systems, processes and procedures for the administration of all aspects of the University’s Promotion Schemes and Grading processes.. There will be a particular emphasis on relationship management with Executive Faculty Deans, Heads of Department and staff across the University community, along with the responsibility for managing the administration of relevant national and University policies.  \n\n\nThe successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organised and flexible, with experience of managing multiple tasks against fixed deadlines. They will exercise a high level of discretion with confidential information and must be able to demonstrate ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative and as part of a team.   \n\n\nSalary  \n\n\nAdministrative Officer I (2023): €55,111 – €78,632 p.a.
