Preference will be given to those with experience in working with universities, social welfare, cross-institutional projects, local schools and teachers, parent education or project dissemination.  They should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to conduct workshops or mini-talks for schools and parents. Familiarity with educational concepts like “catering for diversity”, “diversity management”, “parent education” and/or “home-school co-operation” would be an advantage. \n\n\nThe appointees will work for the Second Phase of the Jockey Club “Diversity at Schools” project with a focus on Diversity Management under the Faculty of Education.
