Due to this, the school is one of the leading organisations for developing courses that lead to new roles in healthcare, including the nursing associate role and deployment. The school is currently growing and will expand with the development of Occupational Therapy, Advanced Clinical Practice and Physicians Associate, as well as bespoke CPD programmes. The simulation facilities are currently undergoing a redesign and therefore are recruiting interpersonal staff who are registered healthcare professionals. This will enable the school to develop an interpersonal team to enable highly effective simulation and skills teaching, which prepares students for the interpersonal roles they will be embarking on.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">At UEL, we work with several local leading trust partners who offer innovative placement experiences that span both physical and mental wealth. As well as local partners, UEL has a close relationship with Health Education England and works with the local strategic workforce boards to ensure that programmes at UEL are representative of local workforce needs.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>About the Job</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">This post is designed to support the academic departments within the School of Health, Sport & Bioscience coordinate the education delivery of simulation, demonstrating excellence in teaching clinical skills across the professional programmes. Responsibilities include:</p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the Hospital and Primary Care Training Hub Manager for the day-to-day operation of the skills and simulation rooms and workshops, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of their area of responsibility. This includes set up, demonstrating the use of equipment, ensuring equipment is regularly maintained and clearing up the area after use.
