teams and approach.\n\n\nThe Role:\n\n\nReporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and as a vital member of the Operations leadership team, you will:\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the strategic vision, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions.</li>\n<li>Drive transformation initiatives, using technology to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.</li>\n<li>Oversee our digital, technology, and cyber-security delivery and strategy across the organisation.</li>\n<li>Play a key role in the development and management of IT and digital services, focusing on optimising processes and improving service quality.</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation, aligning with the organisation’s mission and strategic
