{"job":{"jobId":2514976,"fk_accountId":null,"fk_organizationId":577,"fk_adminAccountId":null,"title":"Senior Administrator","description":"\n\nFaculty Central (FELS)\n\n\nLocation:  Highfield Campus\nSalary:   £29,605 to £33,966 per annum\nFull Time Fixed Term for 12 months\nClosing Date:  Sunday 11 February 2024\nInterview Date:   To be confirmed\nReference:  2599224RW\n\n\n14-month fixed term / secondment opportunity for a full-time Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant for Professor Jane Prichard, Head of School: Health Sciences in the Faculty of Environmental and Life Sciences.\n\n\nThe post is for a Senior Administrator within the Faculty Operating Services team, to start mid-March 2024. \n\n\nThe Faculty Operating Service works with Faculty, Deanery and School Senior Leadership Teams to support those areas of work which provide essential services to our core business of education, research, and enterprise.  \n\n\nAbout You: \n\n\nWe welcome applicants with experience within an Executive Assistant style role.  Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven MS Office IT skills (ideally including MS SharePoint and Teams), the ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritise their own work whilst contributing to a team, effectively managing a diverse workload and a strong attention to detail are essential. \n\n\nThe main responsibilities of the post will include: \n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Providing administrative support to the Head of School. </li>\n<li>Full diary management and event management. </li>\n<li>Responding to emails where possible and drafting replies. </li>\n<li>Maintaining and prioritising an actions list. </li>\n<li>Liaising with external partners and senior staff and colleagues across the university. </li>\n<li>Providing a high level of confidentiality at all times. </li>\n<li>Minuting meetings. </li>\n<li>Using support systems and processing systems requests.
