There is one 12 month temporary (maternity cover) lecturer post in Law available. The Department of Law and Criminology is part of the School of Law and Social Sciences, alongside the Departments of Economics, Politics, International Relations and Philosophy. We are forward thinking, multidisciplinary and research active. We offer undergraduate programmes in Law, Criminology & Psychology and Criminology & Sociology and Social Science, together with Masters programmes in Forensic Psychology, Consumption, Culture & Marketing, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Studies and Social Work. We are also home to an energetic postgraduate research student community. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">We seek an outstanding teacher and pedagogic researcher to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The position includes teaching undergraduate core subjects, and we are interested in candidates <strong>with undergraduate teaching expertise in Land Law and ELS</strong> and the ability to contribute to other core modules or options both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including the supervision of doctoral students. Applicants should possess the broad range of skills needed to teach effectively and as well as core teaching within our existing programmes should be able to contribute to and develop our teaching portfolio. We also expect academic leadership and an effective contribution to programme or department administration or projects improving the student experience in line with the job description. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">The post is available from May 2024 or soon thereafter and is based in Egham, Surrey where the university is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">We offer a vibrant and supportive environment, in an internationally recognised and multidisciplinary academic group.
