It provides those working in the NHS, public health, global health, and social care with the evidence they need to better support patients, the public and people who need care.\n\n\nWhat will you do?\n\n\nYou will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the learning and development components of our strategic workforce plan. You will lead the development of a programme of training and development including the design, commission and evaluation of organisation-specific learning and development opportunities. \n\n\nYou will work closely with colleagues within the organisation and particularly within our people services team, to ensure delivery of the workforce plan. \n\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\n\nWe are looking for someone with detailed knowledge of strategic learning and organisational development. You will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and being reactive to changing needs.
