It provides those working in the NHS, public health, global health, and social care with the evidence they need to better support patients, the public and people who need care.</p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>What will you do?</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the learning and development components of our strategic workforce plan. You will lead the development of a programme of training and development including the design, commission and evaluation of organisation-specific learning and development opportunities. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">You will work closely with colleagues within the organisation and particularly within our people services team, to ensure delivery of the workforce plan. </p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\"><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-family: san-serif;\">We are looking for someone with detailed knowledge of strategic learning and organisational development. You will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and being reactive to changing needs.
