This role is Fixed Term to 31 March 2021.</p>\n<p>The objective of the Infrastructure – Telephony project is to replace the ageing telephony infrastructure within the University. The project will replace the current solutions for all non-user based telephony eg fire alarms, lift alarms, building management systems, comms rooms phones with up to date technology.</p>\n<p>The main purpose of the Implementation Officer is to support the Project team, working with the Project Manager, 3rd party suppliers and Key Stakeholders/ Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the expectations of the users are appropriately managed and needs of the users are met with a suitable solution.
